Director of Business Development
Monica has worked with Dr. Nima since 2012. She is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University and dedicated her studies to Business and Healthcare Management. Her entrepreneurial mindset, and operational and leadership skills have contributed to the success of Eos Rejuvenation. Managing a team of driven dedicated professionals who are selfless and caring has been extremely rewarding for her. She is passionate about her work and strives to continually improve all aspects of the practice to provide the best possible experience for our patients. Monica is also the Administrator of Eos Wellness Surgery Center, where all of Dr. Nima’s surgeries take place. Eos Wellness opened in 2017 and holds the highest level of accreditation.
Traci - Patient Care Coordinator
Traci brings kindness, passion and drive to her role as our Senior Patient Care Coordinator. She is a liaison for our patients starting from their first phone call. Her responsibilities include managing the patient care team, overseeing inquiries, scheduling consultations and appointments, and liaising between patients and doctors. Traci is from Canada originally, which is also where she completed both her BS and MS degrees in Human Ecology. After her degrees, she had several years of international sales and management experience before joining the Eos team in 2020 and entering the cosmetic industry where her true passion lies. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband & children, traveling to new destinations, and living a healthy, active lifestyle!
Thena - Junior Patient Care Coordinator
Thena is originally from Boise, Idaho, and moved here in early 2024. As the Junior Patient Care Coordinator, she works closely with patients every step of the way during the scheduling process, from their initial consultation to their last appointment. Her roles include assisting with patient care services, scheduling consultations and appointments, and serving as a patient advocate to ensure a seamless and supportive experience. With a background in patient coordinating for a craniofacial plastic surgeon, she brings both clinical and administrative expertise to the team. She studied at Boise State University and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Thena enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with her dogs, and gardening.
