This young woman in her forties came in because she felt that her upper lip was getting too long and she wanted more augmentation of her upper lip. She also felt that her bottom lip was larger than her upper lip in a disproportionate fashion. At the same time, she underwent a revision rhinoplasty and the upper lip was lifted. These results shown are five months after her surgery.
