Patient 51
This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient came in because not only does she have a large hump and a slightly droopy tip, but was also crooked and wide on frontal view. She also did not like her tip which was bulbous. This was a more difficult rhinoplasty because of the asymmetries and crookedness. An open rhinoplasty was performed along with hump removal, osteotomies to narrow the bones, as well as tip-refining sutures and grafting. Her final results are six months after rhinoplasty showing a much more refined nose.

This young nurse came to see Dr. Nima for rhinoplasty surgery as well as trouble breathing through her nose. She has a small dorsal hump and a slightly droopy tip. She also has an under-projected chin and wanted a chin augmentation. These results shown are nine months after her surgery with an open rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. Her nose has been lifted, the frontal view shows a more balanced nose, and she is very happy with the results.

Patient 54
This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient wanted slight changes to her nose. Her tip was slightly droopy and she had a slight bump on her bridge. She wanted a nose that was smaller and would fit her face. After surgery, the bump was reduced, the tip lifted, and the bridge straightened for a natural-looking outcome. Here she is six months after surgery. The after photo was taken on her cell phone.
Patient 55
Her main issues were a nose that was crooked to the left on frontal view, a large bump and a bulbous tip. She wanted a more symmetric nose that was harmonious with her face that still kept her ethnicity. Dr. Nima performed an extracorporeal septoplasty, rhinoplasty with tip grafting using her nasal septum. Results shown are 20 months after surgery. It is important to check the timing of the before and after photo. Many irregularities occur after 6-12 months so if the photo is taken any sooner, it is not a true after photo.
Patient 56
This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient came in because she had a large bump on her nose and a droopy tip, especially when she smiled. On frontal view, she did not like the fact that her tip was bulbous and her nose was wide. After surgery, her tip is nicely defined, especially on frontal view. The bump was removed and she has a slight lift in her tip that looks natural. She is very happy with the results.
Patient 57
This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient had a nose that was distracting from the other features of her face. Her nose was crooked to the left on frontal view, it had a large dorsal hump with a slightly droopy tip. These results shown are 23 months after her rhinoplasty surgery showing a beautiful profile that is straight on frontal view. Her nostrils were also asymmetric before and now they are symmetric. I utilized an extracorporeal septoplasty which is an advanced maneuver to straighten the septum and the nose. An added benefit: she is able to breathe better too!
Patient 58
This is a Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient who wanted a slight lift in her tip and the bump removed. On frontal view, her tip was bulbous and ill-defined. It was also crooked, where her nose leaned a little bit towards the right side. She wanted something that looked natural and where no one would be able to tell the difference. In her after pictures, you can see her hump is removed, her tip is slightly lifted, and it is also more defined. On base view, even though she had an open rhinoplasty, there is no evidence of an incision ever being placed. These photos are taken 1 years after her rhinoplasty.
