Patient 1
This woman in her early forties came in because she had hooding over her eyelids, causing her mascara to imprint on the upper eyelids. She was tired of looking tired and was looking for an upper blepharoplasty. The procedure was done under local anesthesia and the results shown are three months after the procedure. The incision hides very well and she is very happy with the results. Notice how her eyes look more open and she looks younger.

This woman came in because she had hooding over her eyelids. She was tired of her eyelids touching her eyelashes, causing her makeup to smear. She was also concerned about the excess skin. After surgery, you are able to see that the incision hides very well. She is very happy with the results.
Patient 3
This woman had an upper blepharoplasty with a brow lift. She had heavy hooding of her upper eyelids on both sides with the brows being below the level of the brow bone. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift as well as an upper blepharoplasty in the same sitting and her results are shown here. These results are three weeks after the procedure.
Patient 4
This woman in her sixties was bothered by the excess skin of her upper eyelids. They were causing visual field disturbances in her upper-outer visual fields. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty and the results shown are three months after the procedure.

This man in his mid-fifties came in to look younger. He felt that his brows were heavy and his upper eyelid skin was also sagging over his eyes. He underwent an upper blepharoplasty with an indirect brow lift at the same time. The incisions hide very well inside the forehead and the upper eyelid incisions hide very well where you cannot see them. The results shown are three months after the procedure was performed. Patient 6
This woman was interested in a conservative upper blepharoplasty. She had some fine-line wrinkling of the upper eyelids as well some mild hooding. The results shown are one year after the procedure. The incision is very well hidden.
Patient 7
This woman in her sixties underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty at the same time. She just came back from a summer vacation, hence the more tan skin. She had crinkling of the upper eyelids as well as bags underneath her eyes. The incisions hide very well and the results shown are six months after the procedure.
Patient 8
This woman underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty with a brow lift at the same time. She had heavy brows as well as excess hooding of her skin of her upper eyelids. The incisions for the endoscopic brow lift are hidden in the hairline, and the upper eyelid incisions are hidden very well. The results shown are six months after the procedure with the results showing eyes that are more open, the bags have been removed under her eyes, and her brows are now in a more youthful position.
Patient 9
This woman underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty. She was bothered by the excessive hooding on her upper eyelashes, and after surgery more of her upper eyelid is showing and she no longer has her mascara touching her upper eyelids. For the lower eyelids, she had mild bags and hollowing under her eyes. Through a hidden, internal incision, the fat was removed and a fat transfer was performed along the bony rim of the eye.
