Earlobe Reduction

This woman came in bothered by her large earlobe that did not have a nice curve to it as it came down towards her earring hole. As you can see from her before picture, the lobe itself was too large and created this indentation along the lower part of the ear. Following earlobe reduction, the ear has a more normal shape with better proportions. She is still able to have a pierced ear.

This gentleman came in bothered by the shape of his ear. The earlobe was a little too long and attached to his cheek. After earlobe reduction surgery, the earlobe has been shortened for a more proportional look to his ear.

This young man was bothered by his long earlobes. The incision was placed within the rim of the ear, so there are no visible incisions on the outside. The elongated earlobe was removed and sutured. These results shown are two months after surgery.
