At Eos Rejuvenation, our staff offers free insurance verifications. We will work with you to secure you the most advantageous possible financial scenario allowable under your coverage. Please note that Dr. Nima is an out-of-network provider.

With insurance coverage, a good rule of thumb to keep in mind is that procedures intending to alleviate functional disturbances (e.g., breathing difficulties, deviated septums, etc.) are covered in whole or in part by insurance, whereas aesthetic/cosmetic improvements are generally not covered.

By way of example, the following procedures all involve improving the functional aspects of a patient’s nose and are generally covered by insurance: septoplasty, upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery to remove excess skin causing vision issues), tonsillectomy, ear lobe repair due to injury, and BOTOX® injection to alleviate heavy sweating (i.e., chemo denervation).

Additionally, some procedures may involve both improving the aesthetic and the functional aspects of the nose. In those cases, at least the part of the procedure that can be tied to functional improvements may be covered by insurance.

Beyond the services offered by Eos Rejuvenation, if you are experiencing medical issues that cannot be treated at our office, we are connected to a wide range of physicians with different specialties and are happy to help arrange consultations and appointments with these physicians.
